<image:title>SERVICES - Therapy for Adults</image:title>
<image:caption>There are many reasons people seek counseling. Sometimes it’s to get support during a challenging time in life. Sometimes it’s because anxiety is through the roof and feels intolerable. And a lot of times it’s about relationships. Whether it’s the devastation of a break up, the loneliness of feeling like an outsider, the fear of being alone, or sadness due to family conflict, I can help. Together, we will make sense of your feelings. You will learn skills to feel more calm and in control and you will cultivate self-compassion as you work on your relationship with yourself and others.</image:caption>

<image:title>SERVICES - Interpersonal Process Group</image:title>
<image:caption>This is a 16 week group that meets weekly online. Group may be a good fit if you: Have trouble asking for what you want and need Want to feel closer to you friends/partner Want to understand why your relationships keep ending Want to feel less socially anxious Have difficulty being vulnerable Have difficulty being your “true self” around others-or maybe don’t know what that is How does group work? Over the course of 16 weeks, group members will be invited to: notice what they are feeling about themselves and others in the moment and to and to share this with the group over time, share important aspects of their lives with the group. Most people are not used to speaking so directly and honestly to each other, so it can be both exhilarating and scary. Everyone gets to go at their own pace and share when they are ready. Why Group Works This kind of group works because over time, group members start to relate to each other in the same way that they relate to people in their lives- the good, bad, and the ugly. Group members are encouraged to give each other feedback about their interpersonal “blind spots” in a helpful way. From there, group members have the opportunity to practice new ways of relating. Benefits of Group Safety, acceptance, and compassionate feedback are at the heart of group therapy. You will get the chance to learn about yourself and practice new ways of relating with others in a supportive environment. As a result of the feedback you’ll receive, you will feel more confident as you pursue new friendships and romantic relationships. When: TBD Where: Virtual meetings via our HIPAA compliant Zoom platform Facilitator: Carrie Cragun-Atchison, PhD Fee: $55/session If interested, please contact me to schedule a group screening to see if group is a good fit for you. Anyone in the state of Florida can participate.</image:caption>

<image:title>SERVICES - Online Therapy in FL</image:title>
<image:caption>Currently all services are offered online. I made this switch in response to COVID-19 in March 2020 and I never went back! I find that its comfortable and that I can still connect on a deep level with my clients. My clients say that they like doing therapy from the comfort of their own home and the ability to “squeeze in” appointments during their day. Teletherapy is a convenient, secure, and effective way to receive counseling. The telehealth platform I use is HIPAA compliant, confidential, and secure. Per state licensing laws, you must be physically located in the state of Florida or any of the other states that I am licensed in (see below) at the time of your online therapy appointment. Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.</image:caption>

<image:title>ABOUT - I listen with compassion and curiosity as I strive to understand your unique identity and experiences.</image:title>
<image:caption>Through a safe, therapeutic relationship, we can we can look at the hard stuff together. Emotions will start to feel less scary, you will feel more connected to your needs & your strengths, and you’ll feel ready to be more vulnerable and your “true self” in relationships. My therapeutic approach is rooted in attachment and psychodynamic theories, including AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy).</image:caption>
