I listen with compassion and curiosity as I strive to understand your unique identity and experiences.

Through a safe, therapeutic relationship, we can we can look at the hard stuff together. Emotions will start to feel less scary, you will feel more connected to your needs & your strengths, and you’ll feel ready to be more vulnerable and your “true self” in relationships.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in attachment, relational neuroscience, and psychodynamic theories, including AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy).

I love to read, learn, and attend trainings in the counseling field. I am married and have have two sweet and funny children. Thanks to them I know A LOT about dinosaurs and have ample opportunities for dance parties and silliness. If I had a day where I could do anything, I would comb the beach for sharks’ teeth for hoooours while drinking coffee.
